Kaitlyn Garcia

Kaitlyn Garcia is an experienced professional with a diverse background in coaching, dental assistance, and management. Currently serving as the Assistant Manager at The Springs Events since August 2021, Kaitlyn has also held the position of 10 and under Swim Coach for the Fort Worth Area Swim Team - FAST since May 2019. Prior to this, Kaitlyn gained valuable coaching experience with the Clarksville Racers and Clarksville Sea Dragons, working with youth swimmers aged 6 to 18 from August 2015 to May 2019. Additional roles include being a Dental Assistant at ARK Family Dentistry and a Sales Associate at PaperWhite. Kaitlyn's early career includes lifeguarding at Splash Kingdom Family Waterparks. Kaitlyn earned a Bachelor's degree in Health Science from the University of the Ozarks in 2019.
