Matthew McNaughton has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Matthew started their career as a Sales Representative at Procter & Gamble, where they managed sales and relationships with various retailers. Matthew later joined Coty, where they held multiple roles and was eventually promoted to Director of Field Sales, overseeing major accounts and leading a team of account managers and representatives. In 2009, they took on the role of Director of Sales at Evergreen Pet Supply, responsible for driving sales and profitability. During the same period, they also served as CEO at Pasado's Safe Haven, where they directed all aspects of the non-profit organization. Since 2013, Matthew has been working at The Springs Events, initially serving as President of Operations and later being promoted to President. In their current role, they focus on creating elegant event venues and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Matthew McNaughton attended California State University, Fresno for an unspecified period of time, where they studied Business Administration.
