Kate is a Senior Editor for The Spruce, The Spruce Pets, The Spruce Crafts, and MyDomaine and has been at Dotdash since July 2019. She assigns, publishes, and updates articles, as well as writes and strategizes for The Spruce's news and trending content.

She previously worked as a contributing writer for POPSUGAR and as a digital content marketer for small businesses. Kate studied art history at the University of Guelph and got her Master of Arts in Journalism at the University of Western Ontario.
