The Squad is a human-led, NextGen hybrid AI studio founded in February 2021 by filmmaker Jordan Bayne, and the cultural cornerstone of the Film3™ brand, first introduced by Bayne in March 2022. Through ownership-driven IP development, financing innovation, and direct-to-audience distribution, The Squad activates the Film3™ brand and business model across film, technology, and community.

Our initiatives include the Film3™ Summit, the MetaCannes Film3™ Festival, and the Film3™ OG Podcast, each advancing the Film3™ brand and business model originated by Bayne. Our proprietary technology platform, enGEN3, was built to scale the Film3™ brand and business model, enabling creators and IP owners to control, license, and monetize their work on their terms.

The Squad community includes Academy Award, Emmy, and Sundance winners, Goya nominees, writers, directors, producers, actors, VFX artists, AI pioneers, and designers — building a better future for filmmakers at the highest levels of quality, integrity, and diversity.

Film3™ is a trademark of Jordan Bayne and the flagship brand of The Squad. The Squad is operated by The Film Squad LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company.
