Craig Dixon has a diverse work experience history. Craig is currently a Member Board Of Directors at Vivid Seats since October 2021. Previously, they co-founded and served as Co-CEO of The St. James, a sports, wellness, and active entertainment destination brand, from June 2016. Craig is also the Co-Founder and Managing Partner of The St. James Group LLC since 2012. Craig Dixon has been an Investor at BlackStar Ventures LLC since 2020.

Prior to their entrepreneurial ventures, they held significant roles at Smithfield Foods, Inc. where they served as Assistant Vice President, Senior Counsel and Assistant Secretary from August 2008 to October 2013. Craig also worked as a Corporate Counsel and Assistant Secretary at the same organization from May 2006 to August 2008. Craig Dixon started their legal career as an Associate at McGuireWoods from May 2003 to April 2006 and Cooley LLP from 2001 to 2002. Craig also gained experience as a Law Clerk to the Honorable James R. Spencer at the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia from August 2000 to August 2001.

Craig Dixon attended Harvard Business School from 2010 to 2012, where they obtained a PLDA 11 degree in Leadership, Business Strategy, Risk Management, and Negotiations. Prior to that, they attended William & Mary Law School from 1997 to 2000, graduating with a Doctor of Law (J.D.) degree. Before pursuing law, they completed their undergraduate studies at William & Mary from 1993 to 1997, earning a B.B.A. degree with a focus on Finance. Craig Dixon completed their high school education at Episcopal High School from 1984 to 1996, where they received a Diploma.
