Rachel Johnston has a diverse range of work experience in the hospitality industry. Rachel started their career as a Restaurant Manager at Austin Grill, where they demonstrated flexibility and cross-functional skills. Rachel then moved on to American Tap Room as a Front of House Manager/Event Coordinator, where they successfully managed daily operations and increased event sales. Rachel later joined Thompson Hospitality, where they held various roles including Restaurant Manager/Event Planner, Catering Sales Manager, and Banquet Sales Manager/Assistant General Manager. In these positions, they excelled in managing operations, implementing programs, and ensuring compliance with standard operating procedures. Most recently, Rachel worked at Nando's PERi-PERi North America as a General Manager, where they provided leadership, conducted successful marketing events, and achieved a significant increase in sales. Currently, Rachel is working as an Event Sales Manager at The St. James.
