Kristy Wright

Kristy Wright is an experienced human resources professional with a strong background in payroll, benefits, and HRIS management. Currently serving as the Director of Payroll, Benefits & HRIS at The St. Joe Company since July 2021, Kristy previously held various roles at Bayforce from January 2014 to July 2021, including Human Resources Manager and Talent Development Manager. Kristy's earlier experience includes positions at VyStar Credit Union, ARS National Services, Appeal Promotions, and Tyndall Federal Credit Union, where responsibilities ranged from training and coaching staff to account management and marketing. Kristy holds a Master of Human Resource Management from Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University and a Bachelor's degree in Communications from Florida State University Panama City.
