Heather Houston, MBA, MSIS, PMP

Heather Houston, MBA, MSIS, PMP has extensive experience in IT project and program management. Heather worked at The St. John Group as an IT Project/Program Manager starting from April 2019. Prior to that, they worked for Booz Allen Hamilton for 20 years as a Lead Associate. During their time at Booz Allen Hamilton, they provided consulting services to federal, state, and local governments. Heather'sareas of expertise include IT project and program management, CDC Enterprise Performance Life Cycle (CPLC), full life cycle software development in a CMMI environment, COTS implementation, data warehouse information technology, data conversion, process re-engineering, and project implementation.

Heather Houston completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Integrated Science and Technology from James Madison University in 1998. Heather later pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in MBA Information Security from the same university between 2001 and 2004. In 2006, they obtained a certification as a Project Management Professional (PMP). Heather then went on to complete their Master of Science (MS) degree in Information Systems with a focus on Management Information Systems from Indiana University - Kelley School of Business between 2010 and 2015. Additionally, they obtained a certification as a Scrum Master from Scrum Alliance in 2011.
