Ashley O'Brien

Ashley O'Brien is a User Experience Designer at the City of Saint Paul since February 2019, where key accomplishments include initiating the city's user experience program, developing a design system, and leading research roadmaps. Prior experience includes roles as a User Experience Strategist at Ameriprise Financial Services, Inc. and a User Experience Research Assistant at Best Buy, among others, where responsibilities encompassed user research, content strategy, and project management. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Scientific and Technical Communication from the University of Minnesota, and an Associate of Arts degree from Inver Hills Community College.
