Laura Winge is an experienced professional with a solid background in program management and community recreation. Currently serving as the Interim Strategic Program Specialist for the City of Saint Paul since May 2005, Laura has managed multiple strategic projects including department planning and the development of incident reporting and employee discipline tracking systems. Previously, as a Community Recreation Coordinator, Laura was instrumental in creating COVID self-reporting forms and collaborating with local organizations to provide over 2 million meals to families during the pandemic. Laura has also held positions focusing on curriculum development and program coordination in child care and recreation, demonstrating strong leadership skills by supervising and training staff. Laura holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Metro State University and a Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education from Winona State University.
