Sarah Brown possesses extensive experience in public finance and compliance roles, currently serving as Treasurer, Debt Manager, and Treasury Analyst for the City of Saint Paul since May 2017. Key responsibilities include assisting with bond issuance and ensuring compliance with IRS regulations. Prior roles include Debt and Compliance Analyst at Minnesota Management and Budget, where Sarah assisted with various bond issuances, and Revenue Tax Specialist at the Minnesota Department of Revenue, conducting over 200 tax audits. Sarah began a career in education as an English Teacher and also held positions in college admissions and research assistance.
