Vicki Plaistow

Vicki Plaistow is an experienced finance professional currently serving as Finance Manager for the City of Saint Paul, with a tenure beginning in May 2012. Vicki also holds a Finance Manager position within the Department of Safety & Inspection in the same city. Prior roles include serving as VP of Finance & Operations at Dakota County Technical College and Director of Financial Analysis at Hamline University. Vicki contributed as a Board Member for both Minnesota Brass, Inc. and St. Croix Valley United Way. Vicki holds a Master's degree in Nonprofit Management from Hamline University and a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting from Northland College.
