Estephanie Pastor has extensive experience in the hospitality industry, holding various leadership positions in renowned hotels. Currently serving as the Residences Manager at The St. Regis Bal Harbour Resort since 2019, Estephanie previously held the role of Director of Guest Relations in the Executive Offices at W Miami from 2017 until February 2021. Prior to that, Estephanie gained valuable experience at W South Beach, occupying multiple roles from 2010 to 2017, including Director of Guest Services, Assistant Director of Residences, Residences Manager, and Residences Supervisor.
