Currently serving at The St. Regis Bal Harbour Resort, Gianni has been recognized twice as Host of the Quarter for exceptional dedication. Previous roles include a Bellperson at JW Marriott Miami, where Gianni excelled in customer service and led training sessions, and a Valet/Bellperson at The Ritz-Carlton, South Beach, focusing on luxury experiences and vehicle management. Gianni holds a high school diploma from Somerset Academy and studied at Florida International University.
