Rachel Orenstein

Rachel Orenstein is a seasoned hospitality professional with extensive experience in high-end customer service roles. Currently serving as a Lobby Butler at The St. Regis Bal Harbour Resort since December 2016, Rachel excels in creating a luxurious atmosphere for guests, promoting onsite venues, and maintaining an impeccable lobby environment. Previously, Rachel was a Mixologist at Caffe Martier, where advanced cocktail preparation and customer service skills were honed in a high-volume setting. Earlier experience includes bartending at Tilted Kilt Pub & Eatery, along with an internship at The Chef Agency focused on administrative support and social media marketing. Rachel holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Speech Communication and Rhetoric, with a minor in Spanish Language from Florida Atlantic University, complemented by studies at Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona.
