Vanessa Fernandez is a seasoned professional in the hospitality industry with extensive experience in sales and operations. Currently serving as Group Sales Manager at The St. Regis Bal Harbour Resort since December 2018, Vanessa previously held the role of Group Sales Coordinator at the same establishment. Prior to this, Vanessa worked at W South Beach from April 2013 to December 2018 in various positions including Lead Rooms Controller, In-Room Dining Supervisor, and Whatever/Whenever Agent. Vanessa began their career as a Reservations Consultant at Acqualina from November 2010 to June 2011. Vanessa holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Hospitality Management and International Business from Florida International University, completed between 2011 and 2015.
