Joseph Boctor has extensive experience in the hospitality industry, currently serving as a Sales Coordinator for the International and Diplomatic Market at The St. Regis New York since May 2008. Previously, Joseph held various roles at the same hotel, including Front Office Supervisor/Assistant Night Manager and Maitre D'Etage/Floor Manager, focusing on guest satisfaction and staff management. Prior to this, Joseph was the Front Desk Manager at Ramada, overseeing daily hotel operations, and worked at Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts as a Housekeeping Coordinator and PBX Agent. Joseph holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Hotel Management from Alexandria University, obtained between 1999 and 2003.
