With four years of experience in the commercial real estate industry, Emily previously served as a Transaction Specialist at Cushman & Wakefield’s Portfolio Services Center located in St. Louis, MO. Emily has supported and managed a multitude of client accounts which include H&R Block, Dean Foods, FleetPride, GameStop and Citizens Bank, giving Emily a wide-range of exposure across the retail and industrial markets. During her time at Cushman & Wakefield, Emily saved over $2.5 million across her clients and completed nearly 250 lease negotiations. Away from her desk, Emily keeps an active lifestyle full of walking, hiking and running. If you can’t find her outside then she’s either cooking or reading!
