About The Staffing Boutique

The Staffing Boutique, a division of The Janniere Group, brings over 25 years of recruitment experience to the technology and security market.

Headquartered in Ontario, Canada, we support high-growth companies across Canada and the United States.

Our primary focus is Platform Security and Cloud Infrastructure hiring.

We partner with SaaS and technology companies that are scaling their AWS environments and need experienced engineers who can secure cloud infrastructure at the platform level. This includes professionals working across infrastructure-as-code, CI/CD systems, identity and access management, and secure cloud architecture.

Our work centers on preventive infrastructure security - ensuring protection is built into systems before issues arise.

We work with:

Series A–C SaaS companies

Fintech and AI-driven technology organizations

Venture-backed startups scaling cloud infrastructure

Engineering teams operating in AWS-first environments

Geographically, we serve clients across Canada and the United States.

Our Core Pillars

1. Intuition
With over 25 years of recruitment expertise, we understand how to assess technical depth beyond titles. We evaluate actual ownership, architectural contribution, and measurable impact.

2. Innovation
We apply structured sourcing frameworks and modern tooling to identify engineers with hands-on experience in infrastructure security, automation, and cloud governance.

3. Impact
Every placement is aligned to long-term technical outcomes. We prioritize professionals who strengthen infrastructure resilience, reduce systemic risk, and support engineering velocity.

4. Integrity
We build transparent, accountable partnerships with clients and candidates. Honest evaluation and clear communication guide every engagement.

Our Approach

Cloud security titles are inconsistent. Responsibilities are not.

We focus on engineers who have designed, implemented, and maintained secure cloud
