Dr. Elleace D. currently serves as Principal at Excellence Community Schools since August 2022, having previously held multiple roles including Assistant Principal and Grade Team Lead for Grades 4 and 5 at Harlem Children's Zone from August 2014 to August 2022. Dr. Elleace D. has a diverse background in education, beginning as a Peacemaker (Assistant Teacher) at Harlem Children's Zone from September 2007 to July 2009 and progressing through various positions such as Math Teacher and Grade 5 Intervention Specialist. Academically, Dr. Elleace D. earned a Doctorate of Education in Leadership in Innovation and Continuous Improvements from Concordia University-Wisconsin, alongside two Master's degrees in Educational Leadership and Administration from Niagara University and Special Education and Teaching from The College of New Rochelle, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Early Childhood Education from Lehman College.
