Erin Dziubczynski is an accomplished Food and Beverage Manager at The Stanley Hotel since May 2021, overseeing operations in Cascade’s Restaurant & Whiskey Bar, The Stanley Vault, and The Stanley Live. Prior to this role, Erin served as General Manager at Sushi Den/Izakaya Den/OTOTO from October 2020 to May 2021, and held the position of Assistant General Manager and Unit Accountant at Morton's The Steakhouse from January 2017 to May 2020, where responsibilities included relationship building with fine dining clientele and developing training materials for front-of-house staff. Erin holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Criminology from Indiana State University, earned between 2002 and 2007.
