Olga Richmond

Olga Richmond is an accomplished payroll professional with extensive experience in leading payroll operations across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the Group Manager of Payroll Operations at The Star Entertainment Group since December 2019, Olga spearheaded the implementation of the SAP payroll system with a successful go-live in May 2022. Prior roles include General Manager of Payroll Services and Shared Services Delivery Manager at Downer, where Olga managed a diverse team of 55 professionals and oversaw complex payroll operations for over 16,000 employees. Olga's previous experience includes key leadership positions at Thales, Mirvac, and various other companies, demonstrating a strong ability to drive transformation, ensure compliance, and enhance operational efficiency within payroll functions. Olga holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree with honors in Accounting and Finance from the Russian University of Cooperation.
