Vicki Hyman

Vicki Hyman has extensive experience in journalism, currently serving as a staff writer for The Star-Ledger since November 2004, focusing on food writing and editing, as well as general assignment features with a concentration on pop culture and profiles. Prior to this role, Vicki worked at The News & Observer from 1999 to 2004 as a television writer and transportation reporter, and earlier, Vicki was a staff writer for The Times-Picayune from 1994 to 1999. Vicki holds a degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, completed between 1989 and 1993, and furthered education at Northwestern University.
