Tim Harper is a National Affairs Columnist at the Toronto Star, a position held since 1982. Previously, they served as the National Editor and worked as a Washington Correspondent for the publication between 2009 and 2011. Tim earned a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from Ryerson University, completing their degree in 1977.
