Jeremiah Pfaff

Jeremiah Pfaff has a diverse work experience primarily in operations and supply chain management. Jeremiah is currently the Executive Vice President of Operations at Starco Brands since January 2021. Prior to this, they worked as the SVP of Operations at The Starco Group starting in February 2018.

Before joining The Starco Group, Jeremiah spent six years at Yamaha Corporation of America from August 2014 to February 2018. During their time there, they served as a Demand Planner and was a member of the Process Excellence and Performance team. Jeremiah also worked as a Project Manager for the development of the Statistical Forecasting process and was the Subject Matter Expert for Statistical Forecast software.

Jeremiah began their career at Four Star Chemical in July 2008, where they held the role of Assistant Operations Manager. In this position, they were responsible for various aspects of the supply chain, including warehousing, purchasing, inventory planning, internal logistics, and shipping. Jeremiah successfully implemented strategies to streamline inventory, reducing holding costs by 25% over two years and improving forecast accuracy to minimize stock-outs.

Jeremiah Pfaff earned a Master of Science (MS) degree in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management from California State University, Long Beach, from 2017 to 2019. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Political Science and Government at the same university, from 2004 to 2008.
