I created The Stargayzer with a simple mission: to offer services that empower, heal, and stimulate growth through holistic wellness practices and the rich wisdom found in astrology. Stargazing, or rather stargayzing, is a practice of looking up. It’s about recognizing the serendipitous beauty of our vast, sparkling universe, while finding individual purpose & meaning that can guide you through the daily rhythms of life.

I specialize in natal, transit & mundane astrology, while also being RYT-200 certified in the “Breathe and Flow” vinyasa yoga format. It’s said that you can choose to see the glass half-full or half-empty, but I’m here to help you see it as overflowing. I weave yoga, meditation & breath work into my practice as a means of strengthening life-force, while balancing the four pillars of wellbeing (mental, spiritual, emotional, physical) so that we can together navigate this world with greater peace, confidence, intention & clarity.
