Joel Higgins

Joel Higgins, CPA, is an experienced accounting professional currently serving as Assistant Controller at The START Center for Cancer Care since July 2023. Prior to this role, Joel held the position of Assistant Controller at Kahlig Auto Group from October 2021 to July 2023. Joel's earlier experience includes working at RSM US LLP, where responsibilities included roles as Senior Assurance Associate and Assurance Associate from November 2017 to October 2021, as well as serving as an Assurance Intern in early 2017. Joel holds a Master of Science in Accounting and a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from the University of the Incarnate Word, completed in 2017 and 2016, respectively.
