Paulina Villegas

Paulina Villegas is a clinical research coordinator at The START Center for Cancer Care since December 2020, where responsibilities include the safe and effective implementation of clinical trial protocols, ensuring compliance with applicable regulatory requirements. Paulina has collaborated with (des)coordinando un Ensayo Clínico and MatchTrial by Science4Tech from May 2023 to March 2024. Prior experience includes serving as a clinical nurse at MD Cancer Center and Gregorio Marañon Hospital from June 2016 to December 2019, and as a research nurse at IIS La Princesa and Idi La Paz from September 2017 to January 2019. Paulina continues education at Universitat de Barcelona pursuing a postgraduate degree in quality systems in pharmaceutical industry and research, and holds a degree in registered nursing from Universidad Autónoma de Madrid and a master's degree in health science research from Universitat d'Alacant.
