Samar A. is an accomplished pharmacy professional with extensive experience in clinical research and pharmacy coordination. Currently serving as the IDS Global Pharmacy Coordinator at The START Center for Cancer Care since September 2022, Samar A. specializes in investigational drug management for phase 1 oncology clinical trials. Previous roles include Clinical Research Pharmacist at Revive Research Institute, Inc., focusing on hematology, oncology, and COVID-19 studies, and Staff Pharmacist Floater at CVS Health. Early pharmaceutical training included various intern positions in clinical, specialty, and hospital pharmacy settings, complemented by APPE rotations in oncology, critical care, cardiology, and internal medicine. Samar A. earned a Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree from Lebanese American University and holds an International Baccalaureate from Wayne State University Eugene Applebaum College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences.
