Rebecca Bormann is the Founder and CEO of RB Consulting Agency, where a focus on business development, sales, and marketing strategies drives organizational growth. Rebecca serves as an Ambassador for The Startup Ladies, promoting investment and support for women entrepreneurs, and holds a position as an Advisory Board Member for Boss Babe Network, a community for women in business. Previously, Rebecca was an Advisor at AdvisoryCloud and the Managing Director of Sales and Services at Bell Techlogix, Inc., where significant revenue growth and client retention were achieved. Earlier career roles included Business Sales Manager and Business Account Executive at Verizon Wireless, and Premier Account Manager at Verizon Business, where strategic consulting and technology solutions were key responsibilities. Rebecca's educational background includes multiple executive certifications in Marketing, Sales, and Financial Management from Indiana University - Kelley School of Business, along with a BA in Science of Business Management from Indiana Wesleyan University.

The Startup Ladies
The Startup Ladies is a membership organization that identifies, educates, connects, and increases investment in women entrepreneurs starting up and scaling businesses. 1. We identify new entrepreneurs by building relationships with key business leaders throughout the country committed to elevating women of every age and background while providing a safe space for entrepreneurs and investors to learn and connect. 2. We educate first-time founders through "Startup Study Halls" and first-time funders through "Startup Investing 101" programming. 3. We create community through our Meetups which allow attendees to connect with experienced executives and fellow budding entrepreneurs. 4. We increase investment in women-owned companies by hosting pitch events, educating new investors, and making connections between founders and angel investors. 5. We believe that diversity is a competitive advantage. Anyone (men included) who has a passion for startups and investing is invited to become a member and participate in our programs and events.
