Dan Naumovich

Dan Naumovich is a seasoned freelance contributor with extensive experience in writing and marketing. Since February 2006, Dan has contributed a monthly humor column and feature articles to The State Journal-Register. In addition, Dan has served as a Copy Writer and Marketing Coordinator for Crawford, Murphy & Tilly, Inc. since July 2004, supporting the marketing efforts of a Top 500 engineering firm. As the owner of Dan Naumovich - Copywriter/Journalist since June 1988, Dan has provided copywriting services to various businesses, associations, ad agencies, and non-profit organizations. Previous roles include Communications Specialist at the Illinois Department of Revenue, where Dan coordinated marketing campaigns and managed communications, and Marketing Manager at Primo Designs, overseeing multiple operational functions. Dan holds a Master’s degree in Communications from the University of Illinois Springfield and a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from Quincy University.
