Bart Grachan

Bart Grachan serves as the Associate Vice Chancellor for Enrollment Management at The State University of New York since September 2023, providing leadership for student recruitment and enrollment strategies. Previously, Bart held the position of Vice President for Enrollment Management and Student Affairs at Rockland Community College from July 2021 to September 2023, overseeing various student-related services. Bart's career includes roles such as Associate Dean for Enrollment Management at LaGuardia Community College and Director of Admissions at New York University. Bart earned a Doctor of Education in Higher Education Administration from New York University, along with an MA in History and an MST in Secondary Social Studies from Iona University, and a BA in History and English from Fordham University.
