Tamara Mariotti has extensive experience in supporting students with disabilities across various educational settings. Currently serving as Co-Chair of the NYSED Advisory Council on Post-Secondary Access and Success for Students with Disabilities since 2014, Mariotti provides critical insights to the NYS Education Department and other educational services. As a member and past president of the NYS Disability Services Council, and in the role of Assistant Director of Resources for Students with Disabilities at The State University of New York starting in March 2024, Mariotti advocates for equitable access on SUNY campuses. Prior experience includes serving as Coordinator of Accessibility Resources at Mohawk Valley Community College and as an Assistive Technology Specialist at Masonic Care Community. Mariotti holds a Master of Science in Instructional Design and Technology from Bellevue University and has a strong foundation in education, earning a BS from the State University of New York Cortland and an AAS from Alfred State College.
