Mandara Meyers is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership development, program management, and legal advocacy. Currently serving as Chief Programs Officer at The States Project, Mandara oversees electoral initiatives and supports lawmakers in enhancing quality of life through legislative change. As an Independent Consultant since 2019, Mandara specializes in leadership development, training design, and curriculum development. Previous roles include Executive Director at the Laura Arrillaga-Andreessen Foundation, where strategic planning was key, and Vice President at Leadership for Educational Equity, responsible for civic leadership development for thousands of members. Mandara’s legal background includes work as an attorney at Blank Rome LLP and legal advocacy at the Women's Law Project.
