Robert Stanca

Robert Stanca has a diverse work experience in the hospitality industry. Robert started their career in 2008 as a Front Desk Receptionist at Palmers Lodges, a hostel in London. Robert then worked as a Property Manager at the same company, overseeing the operations of the hostel, restaurant, pub, and events venue with a capacity of 250 people. In 2014, Robert joined The Stay Club London as a Residence Manager, responsible for recruitment, staff development, implementing new systems, contracts negotiations, and overseeing refurbishment. Robert managed a large site with 267 studio apartments and had various HR duties. In 2019, they were promoted to Regional Operations Manager at The Stay Club London, where they currently work.
