Benjamin Baumgardner

Benjamin Baumgardner currently works at The Stebbins Engineering and Manufacturing Company in the role of Estimating and Drafting since October 2022. Prior experience includes serving as a STEM Facilitator and Teaching Assistant at Carthage Central School District from November 2016 to April 2021, and holding the position of Chief Operating Officer at The Robot Zone for a brief period in 2016. Additionally, Benjamin worked with FIRST as an AmeriCorps VISTA from June 2014 to June 2016, focusing on expanding access to robotics for underserved communities. Earlier career roles include a Materials Support CO-OP at GE Transportation in 2013 and a position at The Northern New York Robotics Academy, where technical presentations were developed for a youth audience. Benjamin holds a B.S. in Engineering and Management with a minor in Project Management from Clarkson University, completed in 2015, and a high school diploma in Pre-Engineering from Conserve School.
