Tony Shearer

Tony Shearer is an experienced professional with a diverse background in safety management and real estate. Currently serving as the Corporate Safety Director at The Stebbins Engineering and Manufacturing Company since August 2016, Tony has held various roles including Safety Manager, Construction Manager, and Safety Supervisor, focusing on construction site safety, employee training, and compliance with OSHA regulations. Previously, Tony worked as a Real Estate Broker at Shearer Realty from 1992 to 2016, engaging in residential real estate marketing and property management.
