Gregory Hamilton has an extensive work experience spanning over several companies. Starting in 1986, they worked as a CAD/CAM Operator, Machinist, and Assembler at Electric Device Corporation before working their way up to become the Operations Manager. Gregory then joined VMI Americas as the Director of Operations, responsible for engineering, production, maintenance, scheduling, and shipping. After that, they worked at Sharon Companies as a Senior Project Manager, providing direction and management for multiple projects.

In 2007, Hamilton became the General Manager of Systems Integration at Micro-Poise Measurement Systems, where they had full P&L responsibility and oversaw the integration of various tire evaluation systems. Gregory then joined Innovar Systems Limited as an Account Manager before transitioning to Schneller LLC, where they held various roles including Market Development and Business Unit Manager. At Schneller, they were responsible for developing sales forecasts, managing key accounts, and increasing revenues and profitability.

Currently, Hamilton is working at The STEELASTIC Co., where they started as the VP of Sales & Marketing in 2019 and later became the President in January 2021.

Gregory Hamilton holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Youngstown State University, which they obtained from 1986 to 1993. Gregory later pursued an MBA in Executive Management from Ashland University, completing the program from 2006 to 2008.
