Jack Papes

Jack Papes has extensive work experience in engineering roles. Jack started their career as a Senior Project Engineer at Akron Steel Fabricators, Inc. in 1989 and worked there until 1996. Jack then worked at Akron Machine Design, Inc. as a Project Engineer and Proprietor from 1996 to 2003. Following that, they served as Chief Engineer at Kobelco Stewart Bolling, Inc. from 2003 to 2014. Currently, they are the Vice President of Engineering at The Steelastic Company, a position they have held since 2014.

Jack Papes has a Master's Degree in Industrial Engineering from Cleveland State University. Jack also holds a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology from The University of Akron. In addition, they have obtained a Certificate in Lean Tools and Kaizen from Kent State University. Prior to their higher education, Jack received a High School Vocational Certificate in Machine Trades from Perry High School.
