Dr. Lauren Beal

Dr. Lauren Beal currently serves as the Executive Director of the Lancaster County STEM Alliance at The Steinman Foundation since January 2023. Concurrently, Dr. Beal is an Adjunct Professor at Lebanon Valley College since October 2020 and has held the position of Associate Program Director of Educational Partnerships at Lancaster Lebanon IU 13 since July 2015. Previously, Dr. Beal was the Assistant Principal at Ephrata Area School District from October 2014 to July 2015. Dr. Beal holds a Doctorate in Leadership and Administration from Drexel University's LeBow College of Business and an MBA, along with a Master of Science in Astronomy from West Chester University of Pennsylvania and a Master's degree in Earth and Space Science from Millersville University of Pennsylvania.
