Miguel Nistal has extensive experience in executive leadership and board membership across various industries. Currently, Miguel serves on the Board of Directors for The Steinman Foundation and the Board of Trustees for Lancaster Chamber. Previously, Miguel was the President and CEO of Woodstream Corporation, overseeing a global portfolio of pest control and lawn & garden products, and served as CEO of Swan Products, LLC, a leading manufacturer of hoses and watering products. Other notable positions include President of the Hardware Division at Stanley Black & Decker, where Miguel managed a $300M division, and Vice President of the Hand Tool Division. Miguel also held significant roles at Tekni-Plex, Keys Fitness, and Thomson Consumer Electronics. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Finance and dual degrees in Electrical and Bio-Medical Engineering from Syracuse University.
