Elizabeth Donadio

Elizabeth Donadio is currently the Manager of Human Resources Business Partners at The Stellix Group, a position held since March 2024 following a brand transition from NECI. Previously, Elizabeth served as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner at NECI and as a Senior People & Culture Business Partner at AlerisLife. Elizabeth's extensive experience in human resources spans several organizations, including Houghton Mifflin Harcourt and the Education Development Center, where responsibilities encompassed employee relations, organizational development, performance management, and benefits administration. Elizabeth began their career as a Development Associate at Harvard Medical School and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Boston University.
