Joe Mullaney

Joe Mullaney currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer of The Stellix Group, a role assumed in March 2024 following the brand transition from NECI, where Joe has also been Chief Financial Officer since October 2018. Mullaney has a diverse professional background, including positions as Business Consultant for self-employment, Co-Founder of HomeView, Inc., and President and CEO of SofTech, Inc., where Joe successfully transformed the company from near bankruptcy to a high-growth environment. Previous roles include serving as CEO and CFO of bcgi and various positions at SofTech dating back to 1990, alongside a foundational career at Coopers & Lybrand. Mullaney holds an MBA in Finance from the D'Amore-McKim School of Business at Northeastern University and a BBA in Accounting and Finance from Stonehill College.
