Shelly M. has a diverse work experience spanning several years. Shelly started their career in 1993 at The Boldt Company as a Sr. Project Coordinator, where they worked until 2004. In 2005, they joined The Stephenson National Bank & Trust, initially as a Sr. Credit Analyst in the Business Banking department. Shelly gradually advanced through various roles, including Credit Administration Manager/Officer and Chief Credit Officer. As the Vice President and current Chief Credit Officer, their responsibilities include overseeing credit analysis, underwriting, processing, and document tracking for business banking. Shelly also handles special projects and plays a key role in the bank's conversion team.

Shelly M. pursued their undergraduate studies at the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater from 1984 to 1989. During this time, they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a specialization in Finance. After a gap of several years, they furthered their education by pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh from 1999 to 2002, focusing on the field of Business.
