Katrina Odorico

Katrina Odorico, CP-FS, is an experienced professional with a strong background in management within the food service industry. Currently serving as Area District Manager for both Central and Western Canada at Steritech since March 2014, Katrina has held previous roles including District Manager and Quality Management Specialist within the same company. Prior to Steritech, Katrina was the General Manager at Swiss Chalet Restaurant from October 2010 to March 2014 and spent over a decade as a Manager at Harvey's Restaurant. Katrina's educational credentials include studies at Sheridan College from 2004 to 2006 and St. Ignatius of Loyola from 2001 to 2004.
