Tiana Brawley, MSW, is an accomplished mental health specialist and consultant with extensive experience in providing mental health education and holistic therapeutic services. Currently serving as a Mental Health Specialist/Consultant for The Steve Fund since August 2021, Tiana develops workshops and facilitates support groups for young people of color. Tiana also works as a psychotherapist at Life by Design Therapy and is a freelance meditation writer for The Daily Shine. As the founder of SoulFree Wellness, Tiana focuses on uplifting BIPOC wellness through comprehensive coaching and consulting services. Previous roles include program management at The Black Girl Doctor and various educational support positions, demonstrating a commitment to empowering individuals and communities. Tiana holds a Master’s degree in Social Work from the University of Washington and a Bachelor's degree in Communication from the University of California, Davis.

The Steve Fund promotes the mental health and emotional well-being of young people of color. Among their clients are colleges and universities, outstanding non-profits, researchers, practitioners, and organizations serving different populations. A major objective of this project is to foster a dialogue about mental health and emotional well-beingamong the nation's students of color as they enter, matriculate into, and leave higher education. They provide services such as seminars and workshops on mental health on campus, consultation services.
