John Lowerison

John Lowerison has extensive work experience in operations, distribution, logistics, and transportation management. John is currently the Director of Operations at The Stevens Company Limited, a position they have held since December 2022. Prior to this, they were the Director of Distribution and Logistics at Gerrie Electric Wholesale Ltd. from February 2022 to December 2022. Before that, they worked at BD where they held the role of Operations Manager from December 2019 to February 2022 and Transportation Manager from August 2018 to July 2019. Their earlier experience includes working as a Warehouse Supervisor at CR Bard from September 2010 to August 2018.

John Lowerison completed their Bachelor's degree in Business Continuity and Emergency Management at York University from 2015 to 2019. Prior to that, they pursued Electrical and Electronics Engineering at Durham College from 2003 to 2004.

In 2021, John attended the MIT Center for Transportation & Logistics, where they focused on Supply Chain Management. During the same year, they obtained several certifications, including Certified in Logistics, Transportation and Distribution (CLTD) from the Association for Supply Chain Management, and Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM®) from the Project Management Institute. John also obtained the Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) certification and a Supply Chain Warehousing Certificate, both from the Association for Supply Chain Management. In 2021, John additionally achieved the Disciplined Agile Scrum Master (DASM) certification from the Project Management Institute.
