Adam Bloom

Adam Bloom is the current President at The Stevenson Group. Adam has over 20 years of experience in the talent acquisition field. Prior to their current position, Adam was the Strategic Staffing Leader at Pfizer Inc from January 2003 to December 2006. In this role, they were responsible for the build-out of an internal executive search function across the global pharmaceutical business. Adam also helped leaders across the organization through talent planning, organizational design, and led external talent acquisition. Furthermore, they managed a team of candidate sourcers, researchers, and schedulers in a matrixed environment to deliver across the entire pharmaceutical business (late-stage development through patent expiration).

From 1999 to 2003, Adam held the position of Account Vice President at InSearch Worldwide. InSearch Worldwide Corporation is a premier talent acquisition firm specializing in the design and execution of customized search and selection programs that are tailored to meet the business objectives of their clients. Adam was responsible for providing clients with practical and creative solutions for the acquisition of human capital. Some of their notable clients included AXA Financial/Equitable, Merrill Lynch, Priceline.com, Citigate, Discover Cards, and the NY Chamber of Commerce.
