Paul Harris

Paul Harris is an accomplished educator and consultant with extensive experience in student support and counseling. Currently serving as the Dean of Student Support at The Steward School and as the Founder and Lead Consultant at PCH Solutions, LLC, Paul focuses on maximizing productivity through the application of individual and team strengths with an emphasis on racial justice and mental health in educational settings. Previously, Paul held positions as an Associate Professor at both Penn State University and the University of Virginia, where responsibilities included teaching and directing research labs on the wellness of Black student-athletes. Paul’s earlier roles include school counseling at Freedom High School and Warwick High School, as well as academic advising at the University of Maryland. Paul holds a Master of Divinity, a Ph.D. in Counselor Education, and a Master’s in School Counseling, along with a Bachelor’s in Sports Medicine.
