Burke Strickland

VP of Service, Dallas, Ft Worth at The Stewart Organization

Burke Strickland is currently the Vice President of Service for The Stewart Organization, based in Dallas and Ft. Worth. Burke has over 25 years of experience in project management, with a focus on the oil and gas industry.

Strickland began their career in 1994 as a Project Manager for Lyondell-Citgo Refining LP, where they oversaw the construction of new production units as part of a plant expansion. Burke then moved to Shell Services International, Inc. in 1997, where they managed updates and user-requested enhancements to a mission-critical graphical analysis and reporting application used in plants worldwide. In 2000, they became a Project Management Consultant for Exxon Mobil’s Pipeline Division.

In 2002, Strickland founded Entrepreneurial Engagement, where they served as Senior Managing Consultant until 2004. Burke then returned to the corporate world as VP of Service for The Stewart Organization. In this role, they are responsible for leading a team of service professionals who provide support and training for Stewart’s software products.

Burke Strickland holds an MBA from The Wharton School and a BA in Geography from Macalester College.

Burke Strickland reports to Michael P. Braswell, President. They are on a team with Steve Denson - SVP, Sales, Ken Fisher - Director, Printers as a Service, and Mark Curry - SVP, Service.
